Introducing my Lavender Frappuccino - a delicious iced coffee drink with added lavender syrup and instant coffee. It's my go-to when friends pop over or when I need a quick afternoon pick-me-up that’s a little fancy but totally doable. Smooth, floral, lightly caffeinated… it’s basically summer in a cup!

Floral & Creamy: Make Café-Style Lavender Coffee at Home
I’ve been dreaming of these lavender scones and this lavender frappuccino ever since our trip to the Mayfield Lavender Farm near London.
This isn’t just any iced coffee. It's next level indulgent with double cream, so the lavender flavour is richer and way more satisfying than your average coffee. Adjust the lavender syrup, and you’ve got a drink that’s as sweet or as floral as you like.
I made this for a lazy weekend afternoon tea with the girls and it disappeared so fast, I barely got a sip!
It'll go down a treat with cream cheese and cucumber sandwiches to start, buttery chocolate nankhatai, crunchy tropical vegan mango biscotti, and my eggless semolina cake. Imagine a mini café experience at home.
Smooth, chilled, and fragrant, it’s perfect for those “I need coffee but make it fancy” moments.

I've used a ready made lavender syrup which I bought directly from the lavender farm. This version doesn't have any added colour which is why my blend is not purple in colour! Use whichever brand you like or make your own (external link).
Here I've topped the frappe with squirty cream but I also love the subtle sweetness of my cardamom whipped cream. The spices will complement each other beautifully.
You can also take inspiration from my iced coffee with ice cream. Blend in vanilla ice cream with the milk and lavender syrup.

The end result was splendid - smooth, silky ice cold coffee fragrant with lavender. (Can anyone give me any tips on how to steal the lavender syrup from the fridge without my mum seeing?).
During cooler months you'll find me cosied up with this traditional lavender milk tea that's like a hug in a mug!

On my wish list is to visit a lavender field. Your clicks are so beautiful. I'm sure the lavender frappucino must have tasted heavenly. Was wondering if I could replace the syrup with some dried lavender?

A lavender farm was on our list this year but unfortunately the weather wasn't the best. The plan was to take family photos in it.
