Can I make Dudhi Halwa with Milk Powder?
Absolutely yes! Instead of khoya or mawa add milk powder. Try to use full-fat milk powder if possible.
Don't have Khoya
No problem at all, use Ricotta cheese instead. There'll be no compromise on taste.
