A much-awaited sight for any Brit - these mighty strawberries are flooding the market and making their way into our house too. Obviously, we are on gorging fresh, have not made any Strawberry Cheesecake or used in making Strawberry kulfi (ice cream) Only used for toppings on our morning porridge and in this super duper and easy salsa recipe, still, count as fresh right?

I couldn't argue when they asked me to whip up this salsa as this recipe comes together in only 5 minutes. We are a fruit loving family and often indulge in fruit salsa recipes.
