Christmas period is a wonderful time to enjoy fresh herbs and spices as they not only lend amazing tastes in your cooking but works as a medicine to bring so many benefits to your body to fight the winter cold. Rosemary plays an important role in Christmas cooking, it's alluring woody scent is delightful with cooking and your kitchen will be left with very pleasant aromas that will make it extra festive.
Although you can serve these almonds at room temperature, If you really want to enjoy that distinct taste of rosemary, munch them while they are warm.
Notes:-
Instead of Almonds, any other types of nuts can be used.

Spiced Rosemary Almonds
Spiced Rosemary Almonds, so easy and quick to make and this can be a thoughtful homemade gift.
prep time: 1 Mcook time: 14 Mtotal time: 15 M
ingredients:
- 400g raw almonds
- 4 Tbsp. fresh chopped rosemary
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp dark brown sugar
- Pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. red chilli powder or flakes
instructions:
How to cook Spiced Rosemary Almonds
- Place almonds in a pan and dry roast them for 8-10 minutes.
- In a big bowl add butter, sugar, rosemary, salt, chilli powder and black pepper powder.
- As soon as almonds are roasted add them into the bowl and quickly start mixing.
- Once they are coated evenly with the spice mixture, serve warm.
- If you want to give it as a gift, leave nuts to cool completely then pack them in a jar.
- Enjoy!
NOTES:
