Peanut, Potato Farali Kadhi is an ideal recipe to prepare on a fasting day such as Mahashivratri, Navratri or Ekadashi. It is an easy and straightforward recipe.

Peanut, Potato Farali Kadhi...

A farali kadhi made with peanuts, boiled potatoes and Rajgira ( amaranth ) flour with a unique taste, mildly spiced, sweet and tangy which I learnt from my Mum. Perfectly goes with Moraiyo ( sama ) khichdi, Farali potato sabji and Rajgira Puri or Thepla.

The festive season of Chaitra Navratri starts tomorrow. For many, it's time for festivities and f(e)asting, time to devour some absolutely delicious and irresistible fasting recipes.
