Easy Caramel/ Dulce de Leche ice cream (Eggless)

EGGLESS & EASY CARAMEL ICE CREAM

This ONLY 3 ingredients ice cream so easy to prepare, that is also eggless too!
prep time: 15 Mcook time: 2 hourtotal time: 2 H & 15 M

ingredients:

  • 450 ml Double cream
  • 150 ml whole milk
  • 1 can (397g) Caramel or Dulce de Leche
  • Few drops Vanilla extract optional 

instructions:

How to cook EGGLESS & EASY CARAMEL ICE CREAM

  1. Freeze the freezer bowl as per manufacturer's instruction.
  2. Combine milk and caramel and vanilla extract in one bowl and whisk till there are no lumps of caramel in there.
  3. Now add the double cream and gently mix everything.
  4. Place freezer bowl into ice cream machine, turn it on and transfer liquid into the ice cream maker and follow according to manufacturer's instructions. 
  5. My ice cream maker produces soft finish, so for a firmer texture, I freeze the ice cream mixture in an airtight container for at least an hour. 
  6. Ice cream is ready to serve.

NOTES:

This ice cream can be made without an ice cream maker too.
