You will need:-
- 1 cup raw peanuts
- 2 tbsp any oil
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp citric acid ( Limboo na phool)
- 1 tsp mexican seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp cream cheese powder ( optional )
Method:-
Roast peanuts in M/W for 3-4 minutes on HIGH in one layer. Every minute pause and check or roast in a pan over stove for 6-7 minutes on a low heat.
Let it cool - remove skin.
In a M/W proof bowl add peanuts, oil and all the masala powder.
Mix well the peanuts and masala and once again M/W them for 30 seconds more.
Mix one more time and let it cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
