Normally all of our healthy eating worries enter our minds at the beginning of the year. We make new year resolutions and swear by the new year's resolution oath that we will eat well and play well. Slowly, that all begins to slip away! This year, however, I am determined to change as much as I can!
To keep that spirit in mind, I went to the Vitality Show to gain more inspiration.
Most popular lunch dishes in my house has to be pasta. We eat pasta in so many different ways! Lately, we have started making our own pesto to accompany the pasta.
Ingredients:-
- 2-3 handfuls of fresh basil
- 2-3 handfuls fresh coriander
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 2 tbs Shelled Hemp Seeds - Italian Herbs
- 1-2 tbs Hemp Oil
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Salt
The green colour is so refreshing .......

ReplyDeletemy blog poѕt; what does going green mean
Remove any flowering spikes if you are growing coriander for its foliage or else the plant will direct its energy into producing flowers and seeds, and not into producing leaves.
