You will need:-
- 1 bunch fresh Coriander
- small bunch fresh mint
- 1 small onion peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 green chillies
- small piece of fresh ginger
- salt o taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- little water to grind
Clean and wash the coriander and mint. Place everything in to a blender and blitz until smooth. Add little more water if chutney is too thick then adjust salt to taste.
Stored in airtight container and store in the fridge. Should last at least one week.
