You will need:-
- 4-5 Potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
- 5-6 tbsp oil(i used chilli-garlic flavoured oil)
- Mix dry herbs
- salt to taste
- 2-3 tbsp of couscous
Boil the potatoes in salted water about 10-12 minutes.
Preheat oven to Gas mark 6. In a baking tray pour the oil and leave it in an oven for 5 minutes.
Add potatoes mix well and now add couscous and dry herbs, make sure potatoes get well coated and roast till golden.
Great with any spicy sauce or with your veg bake.
i googled to find out what couscous is! I am going to look out for it in store today..:)
