Saffron,Almond and Pistachio nuts creamy squares so popular in my family and seems our readers too. Divine, aromatic and so colourful..cannot resist more after having one !

4. Saag Aloo with Cashew Nuts
Saag Aloo is a side dish, one of the Brit's favourite side dish you can find in the Indian restaurants or take away, usually potatoes cooked with spinach and just few spices. But I have prepared this dish with extra few ingredients and different method, just because my daughter started liking it and now we all prefer this tastes and no one minds reaching out for second helping.

3. Mixed Daal with Turnip Greens
The humble Daal, pair up with Turnip Greens and turned out to be everyone's favourite in the family. Boy, so delicious, flavoursome and comforting dish.

2. Soya Veg Manchurian - Low fat Version
Indo-Chinese cuisine so popular amongst Indians, Originally Veg Manchurian is quite heavy recipe, but my daughter prepared with very less oil and added Soya granules to make this dish more healthy.

1. Traditional Gujarati Gor Churma ladwa/ladoo
No Wonder, they are my number one favourite too ! Traditional and Authentic dishes have their own charm and place.
