Coriander, Mint and Onion chutney

It's raining and pouring here in London...some places coverd with snowflakes, and it is predicted to be minus temperatures..I thought it was nearly spring...oh , that's British weather for you, never know !!.......well,being stuck indoors is an excuse anyway for me to find time to cook .Blessing in disguise !!  found bunch of coriander and mint in the fridge..so thought rather than wash, clean and pricking them why don't I just make chutney... this verdant chutney is regular in my house..perfect with anything..so easy and simple to make...

You will need:-
  • 1 bunch fresh Coriander
  • small bunch fresh mint
  • 1 small onion peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • small piece of fresh ginger
  • salt o taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • little water to grind
Method:-
Clean and wash the coriander and mint. Place everything in to a blender and blitz until smooth. Add little more water if chutney is too thick then adjust salt to taste.

Stored in airtight container and store in the fridge. Should last at least one week.
