Cheese and pineapple puffs!!

These puffs I made them to bring little bit of sweetness on our dinner table, due to my habit of being carried away with spices.....so decided to use pineapple and cheese...not too very sweet but at the same time kids were happy to have some pudding!! Choosing cheese with pineapple for one reason, that pineapple has medium GI Index which has some effects on our blood sugar level, so by adding cheese( protein based stuff )brings those GI Index low...For more info on GI click here

You will need:-
  • Puff pastry
  • Low fat cheese
  • Pineapple pieces
Method:-

Please look at my Spinach and dryfruit Puffs

Enjoy them!!

Now coming to my tag award which I recevied from Mia of Vanillastrawberryspringfields.......sharing with my first seven bloggywood pals....have been taken randomly out of hat...didn't give any preferences to any particular pals, it has been done fairly and sharly....so please accept this tag award and update on your blog with these ruls...Please post a photo or photoes, that you particularly like  and of course the link of the person who shared an award with you...(of course you won't forget me)hehehehehe...;-P
